{"id":1668,"date":"2017-04-04T09:47:59","date_gmt":"2017-04-04T07:47:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/datibus.com\/oafifoundation\/?p=1668\/"},"modified":"2023-05-05T16:20:20","modified_gmt":"2023-05-05T14:20:20","slug":"produeixen-biomaterials-per-regenerar-os-i-cartilag-a-partir-de-residus-de-poma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.oafifoundation.com\/ca\/produeixen-biomaterials-per-regenerar-os-i-cartilag-a-partir-de-residus-de-poma\/","title":{"rendered":"Produeixen biomaterials per regenerar \u00f3s i cart\u00edlag a partir de residus de poma"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Aquests materials serveixen com a matriu 3D per a la regeneraci\u00f3 ossi-cartilaginosa en malalties com l\u2019osteoporosi, l\u2019artritis i l\u2019artrosi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un equip d&#8217;investigadors del <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ctb.upm.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Centre de Tecnologia Biom\u00e8dica de la Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Madrid (CTB-UPM)<\/a>, en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb <a href=\"http:\/\/www.icmm.csic.es\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">l&#8217;Institut de Ci\u00e8ncia de Materials (ICMM-CSIC)<\/a> de Madrid i <a href=\"http:\/\/www.icp.csic.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">l\u2019Institut de Cat\u00e0lisi i Petroqu\u00edmica (ICP-CSIC)<\/a> del Consell Superior d&#8217;Investigacions cient\u00edfiques, ha aconseguit produir materials compatibles amb els teixits vius a partir de residus de la ind\u00fastria agroaliment\u00e0ria, concretament de l\u2019orujo de poma resultant de la producci\u00f3 de suc.<\/p>\n<p>Aquests materials poden servir com a matrius 3D per regeneraci\u00f3 ossi-cartilaginosa, de gran utilitat en moltes aplicacions de medicina regenerativa en malalties com l&#8217;osteoporosi, l&#8217;artritis o l&#8217;artrosi, totes elles de gran impacte econ\u00f2mic a causa de la creixent edat mitjana de la poblaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mat\u00e8ria prima abundant i a baix cost<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Actualment ja existeixen en el mercat productes amb aplicacions similars per\u00f2 el preu pot superar els 100 euros per gram de material. En canvi, la utilitzaci\u00f3 dels residus de poma per obtenir el biomaterial fa que el preu final del biomaterial no arribi als 100 euros per tona.<\/p>\n<p>La poma \u00e9s una mat\u00e8ria prima abundant. L\u2019any 2015 es van produir 70 milions de tones al m\u00f3n, un mili\u00f3 de tones produ\u00efdes a Espanya. Els investigadors han aprofitat l\u2019orujo de la poma que cont\u00e9 entre el 20 i el 30% del pes en sec de la poma, i que normalment, s\u2019utilitza com a aliment d\u2019animals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Matriu 3D<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El residu final es modifica amb tractaments f\u00edsics i qu\u00edmics per dissenyar biomaterials amb estructures, textures i composicions apropiades, capa\u00e7os de promoure el creixement de diferents tipus cel\u00b7lulars.
