Gr\u00e0cies al taitx\u00ed podem <strong>enfortir la musculatura i els teixits<\/strong> <strong>que envolten les articulacions perqu\u00e8 els ossos sofreixin menys i estiguin millor protegits.<\/strong> Per\u00f2 no nom\u00e9s aix\u00f2, tamb\u00e9 ajuda a prevenir i a retardar l\u2019aparici\u00f3 d\u2019aquest tipus de malalties en persones sanes. Si no es practica cap classe d\u2019exercici, els m\u00fasculs es debiliten i els ossos poden tornar-se osteopor\u00f2tics. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cS\u00f3n uns exercicis f\u00e0cils d\u2019aprendre i la seva pr\u00e0ctica \u00e9s tan agradable que molts continuen practicant-lo durant anys pel benestar i la pau mental que proporciona\u201d, explica Montse Serlav\u00f3s, professora acreditada de taitx\u00ed i col\u00b7laboradora d\u2019OAFI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des de la Fundaci\u00f3, animem a tots els nostres pacients, voluntaris i socis a <strong>practicar taitx\u00ed als parcs de Barcelona de la m\u00e0 de Montse Serlav\u00f3s.<\/strong> Aquesta activitat es duu a terme <strong>dos cops a la setmana a diferents parcs<\/strong> de la ciutat per facilitar l\u2019assist\u00e8ncia de tothom.
