Moltes persones aprofiten les vacances i el bon temps per a fer esport i altres m\u00faltiples activitats a l&#8217;aire lliure. No obstant aix\u00f2, les altes temperatures poden jugar-nos una mala passada.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des de la Fundaci\u00f3&nbsp;OAFI, volem compartir amb vosaltres alguns <strong>consells i recomanacions per a identificar i contrarestar els cops de calor.<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a protegir-nos b\u00e9 i gaudir de l&#8217;estiu de manera saludable, \u00e9s necessari tenir en compte les seg\u00fcents mesures:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Portar la <strong>indument\u00e0ria adequada<\/strong> per a cadascuna de les pr\u00e0ctiques o activitats que es realitzin: roba c\u00f2moda i transpirable, cal\u00e7at lleuger, i complements com a barret, gorra i ulleres de sol.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Evitar l&#8217;exposici\u00f3 solar entre les&nbsp;12h&nbsp;i les&nbsp;17h<\/strong>, sempre que sigui possible, perqu\u00e8 s\u00f3n les hores de major for\u00e7a del sol.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Beure aigua amb freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia<\/strong>. Mantenir-se hidratat \u00e9s una de les pr\u00e0ctiques m\u00e9s aconsellables per a evitar cops de calor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fer activitat f\u00edsica de manera escalonada<\/strong> si no estem acostumats. L&#8217;exercici ha de fer-se de manera progressiva, escalfant primer i sense passar-nos amb la intensitat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>RECON\u00c8IXER UN COP DE CALOR I FRENAR-LO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Primer, \u00e9s necessari saber que un cop de calor es produeix per un <strong>augment de la temperatura corporal<\/strong> per damunt dels 40\u00b0C. No s&#8217;ha de confondre amb la insolaci\u00f3, ja que els cops de calor es poden desenvolupar fins i tot en l&#8217;abs\u00e8ncia de sol, quan la humitat de l&#8217;ambient \u00e9s alta, pel simple fet d&#8217;estar sotmesos a ambients calorosos amb escassa ventilaci\u00f3.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Hem d&#8217;estar atents als s\u00edmptomes del cop de calor:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Desorientaci\u00f3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dificultat respirat\u00f2ria<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sudoraci\u00f3 excessiva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mareig<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mal de cap<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\"><br>En cas de tenir un o m\u00e9s d&#8217;aquests s\u00edmptomes, \u00e9s necessari aturar l&#8217;activitat i buscar un lloc fresc, a l&#8217;ombra, per a refredar el cos.
