I quins petits canvis, ben fets, poden marcar una gran difer\u00e8ncia.<br>Aqu\u00ed et deixem algunes idees pr\u00e0ctiques per <strong>reduir el dolor<\/strong> de l&#8217;artrosi i sentir-te millor al teu dia a dia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Ent\u00e9n la teva artrosi (i deixa de culpar-te per ella)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;artrosi \u00e9s una malaltia cr\u00f2nica que afecta les articulacions, provocant <strong>dolor, rigidesa<\/strong> i limitaci\u00f3 de moviment.<br>No \u00e9s \u201ccosa de l&#8217;edat\u201d ni culpa d&#8217;haver fet alguna cosa malament: t\u00e9 m\u00faltiples causes, des de factors gen\u00e8tics fins a sobrep\u00e8s o lesions anteriors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comprendre b\u00e9 qu\u00e8 \u00e9s l&#8217;artrosi <strong>t&#8217;ajuda a entendre l&#8217;origen del problema<\/strong> i actuar amb eines reals.<br>A OAFI t&#8217;ho expliquem a les nostres guies per a pacients. <strong>Saber per qu\u00e8 fa mal, alleuja.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Mou-te, encara que tinguis dolor (el moviment tamb\u00e9 cura)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/es\/news-room\/fact-sheets\/detail\/physical-activity\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/es\/news-room\/fact-sheets\/detail\/physical-activity\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">L&#8217;exercici \u00e9s una de les millors \u201cmedicines\u201d<\/a> per a les persones amb artrosi. Millora la mobilitat, <strong>disminueix el patiment<\/strong>, enforteix els m\u00fasculs i protegeix les teves articulacions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Evita esports dimpacte (com c\u00f3rrer o saltar en dur).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opta per caminar, bici suau, nataci\u00f3 o aquagym.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El <strong>moviment adaptat redueix el dolor cr\u00f2nic<\/strong> i en prev\u00e9 l&#8217;empitjorament.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Consulta sempre un fisioterapeuta perqu\u00e8 l&#8217;exercici <strong>no empitjori la situaci\u00f3<\/strong>, sin\u00f3 que l&#8217;alleugi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Parla amb el teu metge (no normalitzis el patiment)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>No et resignis. El teu metge t&#8217;ha d&#8217;ajudar a entendre el teu dolor, tractar-lo i cercar solucions.<br>Si el dolor persisteix, demana derivaci\u00f3 a Reumatologia o Traumatologia. <strong>Hi ha opcions m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 d&#8217;aguantar.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I si no saps per on comen\u00e7ar, a OAFI<strong> t&#8217;ajudem a prendre el control de la teva malaltia<\/strong> i a entendre els teus drets com a pacient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Derroca els mites sobre el dolor<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u274c \u201cNo em puc moure, em far\u00e0 m\u00e9s mal\u201d \u2192 Fals. Lexercici adaptat redueix el dolor.<br>\u274c \u201cL&#8217;\u00fanica soluci\u00f3 \u00e9s operar-me\u201d \u2192 No sempre. Hi ha moltes opcions abans.<br>\u274c \u201cHe d&#8217;aguantar el dolor\u201d \u2192 No. El dolor es pot i ha de tractar.<br>\u274c \u201cJa no podr\u00e9 fer esport mai m\u00e9s\u201d \u2192 \u00c9s clar que s\u00ed. Nom\u00e9s cal adaptar-ho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Uneix-te a la Comunitat OAFI<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;artrosi no t\u00e9 cura, <strong>per\u00f2 el dolor es pot controlar i reduir notablement.<\/strong><br>La clau \u00e9s el que fas cada dia: moure&#8217;t, menjar millor, dormir b\u00e9, demanar ajuda, informar-te\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcac No est\u00e0s sol\/a.
