Per mi, aquest instant va arribar amb la lesi\u00f3 de <strong>lligament creuat anterior (LCA)<\/strong>. Un genoll, un gest, un gir desafortunat, i de sobte tot all\u00f2 per al que feia anys que preparava em va trontollar. El dolor f\u00edsic va ser fort, per\u00f2 l&#8217;emocional encara m\u00e9s: acceptar que la meva carrera s&#8217;aturava, que el meu cos em demanava temps i paci\u00e8ncia, va ser un dels reptes m\u00e9s grans que he viscut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recordo la sensaci\u00f3 de buit i de frustraci\u00f3. Com a esportista d&#8217;elit, est\u00e0s acostumada a fer que la teva vida s&#8217;organitzi al voltant d&#8217;entrenaments, objectius i metes concretes. De sobte, tot aquest calendari va desapar\u00e8ixer i em vaig trobar davant d&#8217;un escenari nou: la rehabilitaci\u00f3. \u00c9s un proc\u00e9s llarg, ple d&#8217;aven\u00e7os petits i reculades inesperades, on la disciplina juga un paper fonamental, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 la resili\u00e8ncia emocional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El que m&#8217;hauria agradat saber abans<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si alguna cosa vaig aprendre amb aquesta lesi\u00f3 \u00e9s que no estem preparats per aturar-nos. Moltes vegades, a l&#8217;esport professional i amateur, es parla de la import\u00e0ncia d&#8217;entrenar fort, per\u00f2 es parla poc de cuidar el cos de manera preventiva. M&#8217;hauria agradat que, abans de la lesi\u00f3 de LCA, alg\u00fa em record\u00e9s que el treball d&#8217;enfortiment, l&#8217;escolta activa del teu cos i la prevenci\u00f3 s\u00f3n tan importants com qualsevol sessi\u00f3 de t\u00e8cnica o t\u00e0ctica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;LCA no nom\u00e9s afecta esportistes d&#8217;elit; \u00e9s una de les lesions m\u00e9s freq\u00fcents en joves que fan futbol, \u200b\u200bb\u00e0squet, hoquei i altres esports d&#8217;impacte. Cada dia davant de la fisioter\u00e0pia em va ensenyar paci\u00e8ncia. De vegades, progressar significava nom\u00e9s doblegar una mica m\u00e9s el genoll o fer un pas sense dolor. Altres vegades, significava acceptar que calia retrocedir per despr\u00e9s avan\u00e7ar amb m\u00e9s seguretat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per\u00f2 el m\u00e9s transformador va ser aprendre a acceptar la meva vulnerabilitat. Com a esportista, tendim a voler ser sempre forts, infrangibles. Em va ensenyar a valorar cada entrenament, cada partit i cada moment al camp amb una gratitud diferent. Tamb\u00e9 em va donar l&#8217;oportunitat de con\u00e8ixer el meu cos d&#8217;una manera m\u00e9s profunda, d&#8217;entendre&#8217;n els l\u00edmits i les capacitats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El que em va marcar m\u00e9s va ser la certesa que l&#8217;esport no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s rendiment, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 salut. I que, tant en l&#8217;alt rendiment com en la pr\u00e0ctica recreativa, hem de prioritzar la cura del nostre cos, perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s el nostre recurs m\u00e9s gran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un missatge per als que travessen una lesi\u00f3<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si est\u00e0s passant per una lesi\u00f3 com el LCA, et vull dir que no est\u00e0s sol. Hi haur\u00e0 dies dif\u00edcils, on sentir\u00e0s que el cam\u00ed \u00e9s etern. Per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 hi haur\u00e0 petites vict\u00f2ries que celebraran el teu esfor\u00e7. La clau \u00e9s envoltar-te d&#8217;un bon equip m\u00e8dic, confiar en el proc\u00e9s i, sobretot, en tu mateix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La lesi\u00f3 em va canviar, per\u00f2 no em va aturar. El moviment enforteix els m\u00fasculs, millora la coordinaci\u00f3 i afavoreix la densitat \u00f2ssia, contribuint aix\u00ed a la prevenci\u00f3 de malalties osteoarticulars.
