We present the updated Preliminary Agenda<\/strong> of the 5th International Congress for Osteoarthritis Patients<\/a>, to be held on 14 and 15 October at the AXA Auditorium<\/strong> (L’illa Diagonal, Barcelona).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the agenda, you will find the schedule of the congress and all its conferences<\/strong>: two days completely dedicated to the health, well-being and improvement of the quality of life of patients with osteoarthritis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have the pleasure of counting on the best experts and professionals, who will give talks such as “Patient responsibility in the post-covid era”<\/em><\/strong>, by Professor Santiago Ni\u00f1o-Becerra; “Mediterranean diet and cardiovascular protection”<\/em><\/strong>, by Dr. Laura Arranz; “How to combat insomnia when you have joint pain”<\/em><\/strong>, by Dr. Eduard Estivill; “How to fill yourself with positive energy”<\/em><\/strong>, by the Venerable Buddhist monk Thubten Wangchen, and many other interesting lectures. In addition, you can also enjoy a free tai chi class<\/strong>, and many more surprises!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
