This is a form of walking with sticks that moves up to 90% of the muscles and allows the joints to become more flexible.<\/p>\n<p>The practice of Nordic walking in the workplace improves the relationship between workers and encourages teamwork. It also reduces sick leave.<\/p>\n<p>The other finalist in the category of partnership is the Coach Studio platform, a collaboration between Paited Apps SL and the Catalan Basketball Federation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Sports and Business Awards<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Catalan sports industry cluster INDESCAT celebrates the fifth edition of the Business and Sport Awards with the aim of recognizing the most outstanding projects of the sports sector in the fields of innovation, internationalization, partnership and, this year as a novelty, in entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n<p>The awards will be presented on Thursday 30 November at 7 pm in the auditorium of the UPF Barcelona School Management in Barcelona.
