At the foundation we treat the information that you provide us in our online store to:

  • If you register as a customer, facilitate the electronic purchase process of our product catalog and perform your billing.
  • If you subscribe to our newsletter, send you advertising related to our products, offers and campaigns.

The items offered through this website are only available for shipment to Spain (Peninsula) and the Balearic Islands.

The characteristics and the price of the products appear on the screen and will be those corresponding to them except in case of error or omission. Items will be available for sale until end of stock. The prices indicated on the screen are in euros, include VAT, are current and are valid at the time of acceptance of the order by us, except in the case of graphic errors or omissions.

Offers are duly marked and identified. Their validity period is effective while they appear on the web. The acceptance of an order implies the acceptance of our general conditions. The order confirmation sent by the OAFI Foundation is not valid as an invoice.

The invoice will always be sent to the address on the invoice, even if the invoice indicates a different delivery address. The receipt or invoice issued by the OAFI Foundation is valid as a manufacturer’s guarantee. The internal management of the order is done within a period of approximately 24 to 48 hours. The stipulated delivery times will take effect from the moment our carrier receives the merchandise to make the shipment effective, according to the service corresponding to the shipping method used. The products will be sent to the delivery address that the client indicates to us.


Can I return an order?

Yes, you can return the products you want from your order within 30 calendar days from the day you receive the products and we will issue you a refund.

I have changed my mind about an order

No problem, you can request a return. Once we receive the returned products, we will check that everything is correct and we will contact you to confirm that the refund is being processed.

If the cancellation of the order arrives before the departure of the merchandise, the client will not have any expense. In the case of a cancellation after the departure of the order, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs, as well as the return costs of this same order.

What should I do if there is an error in the order?

If you detect an error in your order, contact us within a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt of the order, through our email info@oafifoundation.com and we will respond as soon as possible.

Changes will be made in the following cases:

  • Changes due to order error
  • Defective merchandise

If the change is due to an error on the part of the client (mistake when placing the order), the OAFI Foundation gives you the option to return or change the products, however, in this case the management and transport costs will be borne by you. .

If you do not receive the shipment in good condition or the correct content has not arrived, take a photo of the box with the filling and the products and detail photos of the defect and/or breakage and send this information to the email: info@oafifoundation .com

We need the photos to open the incident and manage the return process.

What happens if the product is defective or does not match the reference purchased?

We will take care of the entire process quickly and at no cost to you.

General conditions for returns:

  • The products must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order by the customer.
  • Products must be returned in their original box/packaging. In the event that the product is wrapped in transparent paper, said paper cannot have been opened
  • The products cannot have been used.
  • Please do not put tape or stickers directly on the packaging or box. Products that are in poor condition will not be accepted.
  • For health reasons, changes or returns will not be accepted for cosmetic products that have been opened or show signs of use, unless they are in poor condition or defective.
  • If it is a pack, it cannot be divided, so it is necessary to return the entire pack.


The contractual guarantee offered is the one established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Clients and Users.
